Unless Wiolas Ateliér has expressly agreed in writing to alternative terms, we will not accept any conditions that conflict with or deviate from these terms and conditions.

Product Presentation
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitor displays, the colors and appearance of items may differ slightly from their actual look. Wiolas Ateliér is not responsible for any discrepancies in color representation due to display variations.
While we aim to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information on our webshop, some items are available in limited editions and may not always be restocked. If you have questions about an item or its availability, please contact us at customercare@wiolas.com.

Sizes
All sizes listed for products on Wiolas Ateliér correspond with the specific brand's sizing standards. We provide a size chart to assist you in selecting the correct size. If you order an incorrect size due to differences in sizing systems, Wiolas Ateliér is not responsible. However, you may exchange the item for a different size of the same product if available.

Prices
All prices listed on Wiolas Ateliér are in SEK, USD, or EUR and include VAT, except where you select a country at checkout that is not subject to VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the listed price and will be calculated as an additional charge. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that some shipments may incur duties and taxes upon entering your selected country, which are not included in the prices on our website.

Purchases
To make a purchase at Wiolas Ateliér, you must register on our website, providing accurate personal and contact information. When placing an order, you will also need to provide valid payment details. The responsibility to provide accurate information lies with you, and you must be the individual named in the billing details.
Purchases made on Wiolas Ateliér are intended for personal use or as gifts only. Any resale or commercial use is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Wiolas Ateliér. We reserve the right to limit the number of items shipped to a single customer or address.
A contract between you and Wiolas Ateliér begins once you place an order. You will receive an order acknowledgment at the email address you provide. Ensure you provide a valid email to receive this confirmation. By placing an order, you accept Wiolas Ateliér's legal terms and conditions.
If an item you order is out of stock or fails to meet our quality standards, we will notify you via email and issue a refund within 30 days of notifying you about the unavailability. We reserve the right to decline your order if we cannot authorize your payment or for any other reason at our discretion.
Please note that our stock is shared with our physical store, and availability may not always be updated in real time, especially during sales with high turnover. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to these discrepancies. Additionally, if there is a pricing error on our site, we may cancel the order. In such cases, we will notify you promptly about the cancellation and any price corrections.
You have a right to return your purchase within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your item.

Payment
Wiolas Ateliér accepts credit card payments, including Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. Swedish customers can also use Swish. All customers can utilize Klarna Payments options (Pay in parts, Pay later, Financing, or direct payment).
Prices are listed in SEK, EUR, or USD and include VAT unless the shipping destination is changed to a non-VAT country at checkout. Shipping costs are additional and will be calculated during the checkout process. Depending on your shipping destination, additional duties and taxes may apply upon arrival, which are not included in the purchase price.
Your credit card will be charged when you complete your purchase, and an electronic order confirmation will be sent to you. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. We respect your privacy and will delete your data from our system after your purchase is complete. All transactions are handled securely via Stripe Payments. While we strive to ensure the security of your payments and personal information, we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access by third parties.

Retailers and Resale
Wiolas Ateliér products are available for retail and wholesale purchase only through authorized channels. Any unauthorized resale or commercial distribution of our products without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Retailers interested in carrying Wiolas Ateliér products must contact us directly at customercare@wiolas.com for authorization and wholesale terms.
Wiolas Ateliér reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Wiolas Ateliér.
