Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

​We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WIOLAS Ateliér. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our return and exchange policy, please contact us. 

Return & Exchange Policy

​To initiate a return, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at customercare@wiolas.com with your order number and reason for return. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include the return form provided with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

​

Items must be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn, with all tags attached.

To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at customercare@wiolas.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size, color, or style you would like. Once we confirm availability, send the item in its original packaging and include the return form provided with your order.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and send out the replacement item. If the replacement item is of a different price, we will either refund or charge the difference to your original method of payment. We offer free shipping for your first exchange. Additional exchanges may require a shipping fee.

Non-Returnable Items

​

Items marked as “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items with obvious signs of use, alterations, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be returned.
